  • Spinach1 cup (30 g)
  • Chicken Breast150 g
  • Mushrooms1 cup (70 g)
  • Garlic1 clove (3 g)
  • Olive Oil2 teaspoon (10 ml)

    Boil the pasta in water with a little salt following the time indicated on the package. Once done, remove and drain.

    At the same time, heat half of the oil in a pan over high heat. Cut the chicken into bites and salt and pepper.

    Once heated, add the chicken and brown on all sides over medium heat. This will take 3-4 minutes.

    Meanwhile, chop the garlic, slice the mushrooms and add them to the pan.

    Lower to medium heat and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes until done. Set aside.
