Chop the pecans and set aside.
In a bowl beat the butter at room temperature with the honey and sugar until creamy.
Add the eggs, milk, vanilla extract and continue beating.
Sift the flour, cinnamon and baking powder. Add gradually to the mixture and mix from side to side.
Add 2/3 of the pecans and stir.
Grease a rectangular baking pan, pour the mixture and top with the remaining pecans.
Bake at 356 °F (180 °C) for approximately 40-50 minutes.
Remove from the oven, wait for it to cool and remove from the baking pan to serve.
