Preheat the waffle maker while mixing. If you do not have a waffle maker, use a pancake pan.
Wash the spinach and place a pot of water over high heat.
For the waffles you need oats, milk, one egg and baking powder.
If you have rolled oats, place the previously mentioned ingredients in a blender and blitz them.
If you have oat flour, mix all the previously mentioned ingredients in a bowl and let stand for 5 minutes.
Once the water is boiling, add the spinach for 30 seconds and remove. Next, crack the remaining egg and place in a cup.
