  • Blueberries1/4 cup (38 g)
  • Black Olives5 count (25 g)
  • Tomato1/2 count (65 g)
  • Cucumber1/2 cup (60 g)
  • Spinach1/2 cup (15 g)

  • Olive Oil1 tablespoon (10 ml)
  • Almond1/2 tablespoon (7 g)

    Boil the egg in a pot with boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Remove, let cool for some minutes, peel and cut.
