Clean the pork and cut into small pieces. You can use the processor but be careful it's not too shredded.
Chop the garlic and mix with half the pork. Add salt and pepper and, if you want, add some soy sauce drops.
Mix well until integrating everything. Make the meatballs using your hands and take to the fridge.
Heat a pan over high heat and, once heated, pour half the oil.
Add the meatballs and cook each side for 3-4 minutes over medium heat or until browned in the outside and cooked in the inside.
Once well cooked, remove from heat and set aside.
At the same time, cut off the ends of the green beans and slice the tomato. Then heat a pan over medium-high heat.
Once heated, pour the remaining oil and spread. Add the green beans with the garlic and saute for 6-8 minutes.
If necessary, add some liquid to prevent from burning. Once tender, remove from heat and mix with the tomato.
Serve the pork meatballs with sauté green beans and tomato. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
