For this recipe you need cooked rice.
You can use curry or turmeric for seasoning.
Heat half of the oil in a pot over medium-high heat.
While heating, cut the pork into bite size pieces, season with salt and pepper and add to the pot.
Sear the pork on all sides. This will take 4-5 minutes.
Add the rest of the oil. Chop the onion and stir-fry together with the pork for 5 minutes.
