    While heating half of the oil in a pot over medium-high heat, cut the pork into bite-size pieces and season with salt and pepper.

    Once heated, add the pork and sear on all sides for approximately 4 minutes per side.

    Meanwhile, chop garlic and onion. Once the pork is done, remove and set aside.
