    Peel and cut the potatoes in medium pieces. Put the potatoes in a pot with boiling water and let boil for 10-12 minutes. Once ready, remove and drain.

    In the meantime, cut the bell pepper and tomato in medium pieces. You can use red, yellow or any bell pepper you have at home.

    Heat a pan over high heat. Once heated, add salt and pepper to the pork.

    Once heated, add half the oil, spread and add the pork. Cook each side for 5-6 minutes over medium heat. Once you flip it, add some rosemary.
