For this recipe you need to previously wash the quinoa with plenty of water at least three times and drain.
Chop the onion, garlic and ginger.
Heat a pot over medium-high heat. Once heated, add the oil.
Add the onion, garlic and ginger with a pinch of salt. Stir-fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the onion is translucent.
Next, add the quinoa and the seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir.
Add water (3 times the indicated amount of quinoa) and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
If necessary, add more water to prevent from sticking.
Add the chopped cilantro and, if you want, some lemon juice.
Season to taste with salt and serve hot.
