    For this recipe you need to previously wash the quinoa with plenty of water at least three times and drain.

    Chop the onion, garlic and ginger.

    Heat a pot over medium-high heat. Once heated, add the oil.

    Add the onion, garlic and ginger with a pinch of salt. Stir-fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the onion is translucent.
