For this recipe you need to wash the quinoa with a lot of water many times and drain.
Put water and the quinoa in a pot. Remember it's two servings of water for each of quinoa.
Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes while stirring from time to time until cooked and the liquid has been absorbed.
You can add vanilla extract, cinnamon and/or stevia or your favorite sweetener to the oats.
In the meantime, cut half the apple into wedges and the other half into small dices.
Mix the quinoa with the apple dices and the peanut butter. You can replace with cashew butter.
