Quinoa, Spinach, Walnut and Cheese Salad with a Sweet Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients

• Quinoa1 cup (200 g)
• Spinach1.5 cup (45 g)
• Walnuts6 half (24 g)
• Cheese1 slice (25 g)
• Yogurt1/4 cup (60 g)
• Mustard1 teaspoon (5 g)
• Lemon Juice1 tablespoon (15 g)
• Stevia1/2 packet (1 g)

   For this recipe you need cooked quinoa.

   Wash and dry the spinach leaves well. Then cut into strips.

   Chop the walnuts.

   In a common or salad bowl, put the quinoa, spinach, walnuts and shred the cheese.
