  • Mushrooms1 cup (70 g)
  • Garlic2 clove (6 g)

    For this recipe you need cooked quinoa.

    Chop the garlic, slice the mushrooms and cut the beef into bites.

    Heat a pan over high heat. Once heated, pour half the oil, spread and add the beef.

    Cook each side over medium heat for 2 minutes and add the mushrooms with half the garlic. Add salt and pepper, mix well, cover and let cook for 5 more minutes.

    Then heat the remaining oil in a another pan and, once heated, add the garlic and stir-fry for some seconds over medium heat.
