For this recipe the water needs to be recently boiling. You can also use traditional or sesame oil.
Put the noodles in a bowl, pour the boiling water and let hydrate for 8 minutes. Then, drain and set aside.
Next, peel the shrimps, remove the black strip and the tail and clean.
Heat a pan over medium heat with half the oil.
Once heated, add the shrimps and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes while stirring.
Add salt and pepper to taste and garlic paste or powder. Once browned, remove from heat.
Season the rice noodles with soy sauce, ginger and the remaining oil.
Serve the rice noodles with shrimp hot.
