For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Peel the carrot and chop with the garlic. Then, remove the bottom or hard part of the asparagus and cut into 2 or 3 parts.
Put the carrot in a pot with boiling water and let boil for 4 minutes. Then add the asparagus and boil for 3 more minutes. Drain everything.
Cut the beef into bites and add salt and pepper.
Heat half the oil in a pan. Once heated, add the garlic with the beef. Cook for 8-10 minutes and stir from time to time.
Then add the carrot with the asparagus, rice and remaining oil. Mix well.
Season with salt to taste and serve.
