For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Peel and slice the carrot. Next, place the carrot in boiling water and boil for 6 minutes. Remove and drain.
Separately, place a pan with halt of the oil over high heat. In the meantime, chop the garlic, cut the chicken into bites and season qith salt and pepper.
Once heated, add the chicken to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Stir occasionally.
Meanwhile, cur the bell pepper into strips and slice the mushrooms. Add both ingredientes to the pan with the chicken.
Mix well, cover and cook for 4-5 more minutes. You can use red, green and/or yellow bell pepper as you like.
Add the cooked rice with the peanut and carrot. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Serve hot.
