Peel the pumpkin and dice it, trying to have more or less the same size.
Place the pumpkin in a pot with a little water, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes over medium heat until softened. Remove and drain.

In a plate serve the pumpkin with a little of the cooking broth and add the scrambled eggs. Serve.
If you wish, you can season the pumpkin with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
