For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Heat half of the oil in a pot over high heat. Cut the turkey into medium pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Once heated, add the turkey breast and brown on both sides. This will take 3-4 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the onion and garlic.
