For this recipe you need cooked beans.
Make a cross cut at the top of the tomato only a finger deep.
Put the tomato in a pot with boiling water and let boil for 5 minutes. Then, remove, drain and blend. Set aside.
Heat a pot over medium-high heat. Once heated, add half the oil and the ground beef. Add salt and pepper.
Cook for about 4-5 or until it has a brownish color.
In the meantime, chop the garlic, onion and chili. Add it to the remaining oil and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
Then add the tomato sauce, corn grains and some water, according to your desired consistency.
Add salt and pepper to taste and season with paprika and cumin. You can also add oregano.
Once boiling, cook over low heat for 12 minutes while stirring from time to time.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
