For this recipe you need cooked beans.
Shell the corn and place in a pot with boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes. Once done, remove, drain and set aside.
Separately, heat a pot over medium-high heat, chop onion and garlic.
Once heated, add the oil, vegetables, a pinch of salt and stir-fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Meanwhile, cut the chicken into small strips, and once the onion is translucent, add the chicken and paprika.
Stir and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
Next, add the cooked beans, corn and a little of the bean broth or water. Add the liquid gradually to avoid a soup-like consistency.
Once boiling, cover and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Add the previously chopped chili, parsley, stir and season to taste.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
