For this recipe you need cooked rice.
While heating the oil over medium-high heat in a pot, cut the meat into strips and season with salt and pepper.
Chop the onion together with the tomato and if you wish, you can grate it. Separately, peel the carrot and cut it into thin strips together with the zucchini.
Once heated, add the onion and the beef. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then add the carrot, zucchini and tomato. Mix and cook for 5 minutes.
Add a little liquid to prevent sticking, either water or broth. Season with garlic paste or powder and salt and pepper.
Once the vegetables are done, remove and serve.
Serve with white rice and sprinkle with chopped parsley or any herb of your choice.
