Boil water with a bit of salt. Once boiling, add the broccoli previously cut into pieces.
Boil for 3 minutes, remove, drain and set aside.
Drain the tofu and dice. Next, chop the garlic and cut the red bell pepper into thin strips.
Preheat a deep pan with oil. In the meantime, season the tofu to taste.
Saute the tofu, garlic and bell pepper over medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes until browned.
Once ready, remove the cooked broccoli. Season with salt to taste and cook over low heat for 2 more minutes.
Remove and serve.
