For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Place a pan over high heat. Once heated, add the oil, spread and add the fish.
Cook the fish over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side and set aside. Next, cook the previously chopped garlic.
Meanwhile, chop the onion, grate the carrot and add to the previous pan with a pinch of salt.
