  • Mustard1/2 tablespoon (7 g)
  • Lemon Juice1 tablespoon (15 g)
  • Olive Oil1 teaspoon (3 ml)
  • Canned Tuna in Water1 can (120 g)

    Wash the potato and preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 °C).

    Cut the potato in half. Spray with the olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
