Boil water in a pot and cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package. Drain and set aside.
Fill a bowl with boiling water and add the soy meat. Let soak for 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Dice the zucchini and set aside.
Chop the garlic and make a cross cut at the top of the tomato of about 1 finger deep.
Place the tomato in a pot filled with boiling water and let boil for 5 minutes. Next, remove, drain and blend. Set aside.
Place a pan over medium heat. Once heated, add the oil and spread.
Add the garlic and zucchini. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes and then add the soy meat. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add the blended tomato and cook for 5-7 more minutes over medium heat. Add the oregano.
Add the pasta and mix well. Serve on a plate.
