Wash and grate the zucchini. Use the side of the grater. with the largest holes.
Drain using a clean kitchen cloth to remove all the extra liquid it may have.
Grate the mozzarella cheese and chop the parsley.
Put the zucchini, cheese, eggs, garlic paste or powder, parsley, salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Mix well.
