Microwave Bell Pepper and Mushroom Omelet with Cheddar Cheese

• Egg2 medium (100 g)
• Yellow Cheese2 slice (50 g)
• Oil1 teaspoon (5 ml)
• Mushrooms1/2 cup (35 g)
• Bell Pepper1/4 count (30 g)

   Cut the bell pepper into pieces, slice the mushrooms and shred the cheddar cheese.

   Next, crack the eggs into an oiled microwave-safe bowl. Beat well.

   Stir in the bell pepper chunks, sliced mushrooms and shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
