Instructions
For this recipe we will use the artichoke heart. It can be canned or cooked in boiling salted water for 6 minutes.
Simultaneously, shell the corn and boil for 10 minutes until softened.
For the white sauce: Melt the butter in a pan, add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon. Cook for a few minutes.
Gradually add the warm milk, stirring constantly until desired thickness. Season with nutmeg and salt.
Separately, cut the bacon into small squares and fry in a pan for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
In a baking pan place the artichoke heart, shelled corn and bacon.
Fill the heart with the white sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Cook for about 10 minutes in the oven at 392 °F (200 °C) or until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and serve.
