Cut the sweet potato in half and make some horizontal and vertical cuts like shown in the picture. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Coat the sweet potato and chicken with the oil and place in the air fryer. Leave some space for the broccoli.
Cook at 356 °F (180 °C) for 15-20 minutes.
