  • Broccoli1 cup (90 g)
  • Mushrooms1 cup (70 g)
  • Garlic1 clove (3 g)
  • Oil1/2 tablespoon (5 ml)
  • Red Wine1/4 glass (35 ml)
  • Tomato Sauce1 tablespoon (14 g)

    Cut the broccoli into florets and peel and dice the potatoes. Put the potatoes in a pot with boiling water.

    Let boil for 10-12 minutes. Three minutes before removing, add the broccoli and cook for the remaining time.
