    Cut the upper part of the bell pepper and remove the seeds. Then take the bell pepper to the microwave for 7 minutes.

    You can also put it in a pan with some water. Cover and let cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.

    Next, peel the garlic and make a cross cut at top of the tomato of only a finger deep.
