For this recipe, you need cooked rice and beans.
Peel and cut the potato into strips. Soak in half the oil and cook in the air fryer over 356°F (180°C) for 20 minutes or bake for 25-30 minutes.
Chop the onion, garlic and tomato. Mix the tomato with half the onion, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
Heat a pan over high heat. Once heated, pour half the oil, spread and then add the remaining onion with a pinch of salt.
Stir-fry for 3 minutes and then add the beans with a bit of water.
Add salt and pepper and, if you want, cumin and paprika. Mix well and turn off.
Heat the remaining oil in another pan and add the beef. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes until cooked as desired.
Serve the pasta with the beef, beans, rice and salad.
