Cut the bell pepper and onion into thin strips. You can use different colored peppers as you wish.
Preheat a pan over medium heat and add half of the oil. Add the vegetables with a pinch of salt.
Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5 minutes until the onion turns translucent.
Cut off the ends of the green beans and add to the pan along with the peas.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, cover and continue cooking for 6 more minutes. Add some water.
Remove when the vegetables are tender and serve with the beef.
Place the grill over high heat. While heating, season the piece of beef with salt and pepper. Preferably use a lean cut.
Once heated, add half of the oil, spread and add the beef.
Cook for 4 to 6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the piece.
Remove once cooked to the desired doneness.
