Instructions
For this recipe you need cooked rice. You can use light or dark soy sauce.
Chop the onion and cut the bell pepper into strips. If you want, you can use red, green and/or yellow bell pepper.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
Once heated, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the onion is translucent.
In the meantime, drain and dice the tofu.
For the marinade, dilute the cornstarch in 1 or 2 tablespoons of water. Mix with the soy sauce, stevia, paprika and salt and pepper.
Add the tofu and brown all its sides.
Then add the marinade and finish cooking. Remove from heat.
Serve the bittersweet tofu with bell pepper and rice in a bowl.
