Instructions
Boil the pasta in salted water according to the time indicated on the package. Once ready, turn off and drain.
At the same time, chop the onion and cut the broccoli into small florets. Peel, grate or cut the carrot into thin strips.
Heat a pan or wok over medium heat and, once heated, pour half the oil.
Add the onion with a pinch of salt and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Then add the carrot and broccoli.
In the meantime, mix the soy sauce with ground ginger, stevia, salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. You can use stevia or your favorite sweetener.
Once the vegetables are soft, add the cooked pasta and mixture.
Let cook for some minutes for a better flavour and remove from heat. Add the remaining oil and mix.
Serve.
