  • Scallion1 tablespoon (5 g)
  • Ground Ginger1 teaspoon (2 g)
  • Soy Sauce1 tablespoon (14 g)
  • Oil1 tablespoon (10 ml)
  • Bell Pepper1 count (120 g)

    Chop the garlic and scallion. Cut the bell pepper into bites.

    Heat a pan over medium heat. In the meantime, drain and cut the tofu into bites.

    Once heated, pour half the oil and spread. Add the tofu and cook each side for 2-3 minutes until brown. Remove and set aside.
