Instructions
For this recipe you can use any oil or sesame oil.
Chop the garlic and scallion. Cut the bell pepper into bites.
You can use red, green and/or yellow bell pepper.
Heat a pan over medium heat. In the meantime, drain and cut the tofu into bites.
Once heated, pour half the oil and spread. Add the tofu and cook each side for 2-3 minutes until brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, pour the remaining oil, the garlic and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Once soft, add the soy sauce, lower the heat and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the ginger powder and salt and pepper to taste. Optional: Add a pinch of stevia.
Remove from heat, add the chopped scallion and if you have sesame seeds, add a pinch. Serve hot.
