  • Blueberries1 cup (150 g)
  • Tangerine1 count (100 g)
  • Chia Seeds1/2 tablespoon (5 g)
  • Oats2 tablespoon (20 g)
  • Coconut Oil1 teaspoon (3 ml)

    For this recipe half the tangerines and the blueberries need to be frozen. If you want, you can set some blueberries aside for the garnish.

    Heat a pan over high heat. Once heated, pour the coconut oil (or the one you have), add the oats and brown.

    If you want, you can add stevia and/or cinnamon. Be careful it doesn't burn. Once done, turn off.

    Put the yogurt and the frozen fruits in a blender. If you want, you can add stevia.
