For this recipe you need to have cooked rice.
Preheat a pan over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, chop the garlic and onion.
Once heated, add the garlic together with the onion and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Meanwhile, cut the chicken into bites and salt and pepper. Next, add the chicken and stir-fry together with the vegetables for 4-5 minutes.
Separately, peel and dice the carrot. Cut the off the ends of the green beans and cut into small pieces.
Add the vegetable to the pan and salt and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes and stir occasionally until tender.
Next, add the cooked rice and let for a few minutes to take flavor. Fill the tortillas and roll.
To make the guacamole, peel, cut and mash the avocado until creamy.
Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Optional: Add onion, tomato and/or cilantro.
Serve the wrap with the guacamole. Serve with salad if desired.
