Cut the broccoli into small florets, wash and cook in a pot with boiling water. Let boil for 3 minutes, remove, drain and set aside.
Add salt and pepper and chop the garlic with the ginger.
Mix the ginger with garlic, soy sauce and a pinch of salt.
Heat half the oil in a pot over high heat.
Sear the beef until both sides are brown. This will take about 3-4 minutes.
Pour the marinade on the beef, mix and let cook for 1 more minutes. Remove and set aside.
Then peel and dice the carrot. You can add some cabbage.
Add the remaining oil and stir-fry the vegetables for about 6 minutes over medium heat.
Add the beef again, mix and then pour water or broth.
Once boiling, lower the heat, cover and continue cooking for 8-10 more minutes.
Two minutes before removing, add broccoli and season to taste.
Turn off the heat and serve the beef with broccoli.
