Instructions
Heat water in a pot over high heat. In the meantime, marinate the chicken.
Marinate it with tomato sauce, mustard, paprika, soy sauce, stevia (or your favorite sweetener, like sucralose, xylitol, monk fruit, etc.) and salt to taste.
Optional: Add vinegar (same amount as the soy sauce), worcestershire sauce (same amount as the mustard) and/or a pinch of garlic.
Let marinate for 5-10 minutes or skip this step if you don't have the time.
Then wash, peel and slice the potato. Put in a pot with boiling water and let boil for 10-12 minutes.
Once ready, remove, drain and season with half the oil, salt and pepper and, if you have oregano, sprinkle.
Heat a pan over high heat and, once heated, pour the remaining oil, spread and add the chicken. Let cook each side for 4-6 minutes over medium heat and turn off.
If you want, you can cover the pan after flipping the chicken for a juicier result. Serve the bbq chicken with the cooked potatoes.
You can serve with a fresh salad seasoned with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
