Cut off the woody ends of the asparagus and then boil in salted water for 3 minutes. Remove and drain.
At the same time, heat half of the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add salt and pepper to the chicken and, if you wish, add oregano, paprika, etc.
Once heated, add the chicken to the pan and cook for 4-6 minutes per side over medium heat.
Remove the chicken when well done, slice and set aside.

Cut the bell pepper into strips and mix with the asparagus. Pour the dressing and add the peanut on top.
Optional: You can replace the peanut with pine nuts.
