Heat the oil in a pot over high heat. Cut the chicken into strips and add salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, chop the garlic and cut the broccoli into small florets. Slice the zucchini and mushrooms.
Once the chicken done, lower to medium-low heat and add the vegetable together with the remaining oil.
Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes with the chicken.
Add salt and pepper to taste and stir occasionally. If you wish, you can add a pinch of paprika and some soy sauce.
Once done, remove from heat.
