  • Greek Yogurt1/2 cup (120 g)
  • Coconut Oil1 teaspoon (3 ml)
  • Oats2 tablespoon (20 g)
  • Cashews1 tablespoon (14 g)
  • Protein Powder2/3 scoop (20 g)

Instructions

    For this recipe you need chocolate flavor protein. If you don't have it, use the flavor you have at home or add 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.

    Toast the oats with the coconut oil or regular oil in a pan until browned. Turn off and set aside. Optional: Add stevia or sweetener of your choice.

    Peel the papaya, remove the seeds and cut into pieces.
