For this recipe you can use coconut oil or any oil you have at home.
Heat the oil in a pan and as soon as heated, add the oats. Toast over medium heat and if desired, add stevia and/or cinnamon powder. Set aside.
Peel and cut the banana into thin slices.
Mix the yogurt with the protein well. If the protein powder is not flavored, you can add the sweetener of your choice, cinnamon and/or vanilla extract.
In the base of a glass place half of the banana, oatmeal and pour the yogurt on top.
Add the remaining banana and serve.
