  • Protein Powder1 scoop (30 g)
  • Coconut Oil1 teaspoon (3 ml)

    Heat the oil in a pan and as soon as heated, add the oats. Toast over medium heat and if desired, add stevia and/or cinnamon powder. Set aside.
