For this recipe you can use chocolate flavored protein powder or whatever you have available.
Blend the oatmeal until powdery. You can also use rolled oats or oat flour.
For the crepes, in a bowl beat the egg and milk with a pinch of salt.
Add the oat flour and whisk again to obtain a mixture without lumps.
Place a pan over medium heat and once heated, add the oil and spread over the base.
Once heated, pour in some of the mixture. Once the bottom of the crepe has set, flip it over and let it cook completely. Repeat the process.
Meanwhile, peel the banana and cut into slices. For the syrup, mix the protein powder with 2 or 3 tablespoons of water.
