Instructions
For this recipe you can use traditional or whole wheat flour. Separately, you can use turkey or chicken ham.
Mix in a bowl half the indicated amount of egg with the water and the flour until all the ingredients are combined.
Heat a large non-stick pan over high heat. Once heated, pour the mixture.
If you do not have this type of pan, add some oil.
Lower the heat to medium and once the bottom part has set, flip the crepe and let it cook for a few seconds. Repeat the process until there is no more mixture left.
Add salt, cover and cook for approximately 4 minutes until the egg whites set.
Once the egg white is set, fold the edges using a spatula to shape into a square.
Once done, serve with the ham. Optional: Add parsley to taste.
