Instructions
Place the peas in a pot of boiling water and boil for about 6 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Place the grill on medium heat. While the grill is heating, season the fish with the rest of the oil and season with salt and pepper.
Once heated, add the fish and cook for 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat.
Serve the fish on a plate, pour the sauce over it and serve with the peas. Sprinkle with the remaining oregano and serve.
Optional: Add previously cooked celery.
