Instructions
Place a pot with water and a pinch of salt over high heat. While boiling, cut off the woody ends of the asparagus.

Place the griddle or grill over high heat. While heating, season the fish with salt and pepper.
Once heated, add half of the oil, spread and add the fish.
Reduce heat to medium and cook 3-4 minutes per side. Remove when desired doneness is reached.
Heat another pan over medium heat. While heating, chop the garlic.
Once heated, add the remaining oil along with the garlic and green beans.
Stir-fry for a few minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and remove.
For the yogurt sauce mix the yogurt, chopped or grated garlic and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Optional: You can add any herb of your choice to the sauce (scallion, parsley, cilantro, thyme, etc.).
Serve the fish with garlic asparagus and yogurt sauce on a plate.
