Peel and dice the potato. Put in a pot with boiling water and let boil for 10-12 minutes.
Then put the peas in another pot with boiling water and let boil for 6 minutes. Drain.

Mix well and add the remaining parsley.
Then heat a pan over high heat. Once heated, pour the remaining oil, spread and then add the fish.
Cook each side for 4 minutes and add salt and pepper.
Serve the peas with the puree and fish. If you want, you can add a lettuce salad.
