Season the fish with half of the oil, salt and pepper to taste and cut into pieces. Optional: Add a pinch of paprika.
Heat the pan over high heat. Once heated, add the fish and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring, until browned. Set aside.
Cut the onion and bell pepper into pieces. You can use red and yellow.
Add the remaining oil to the pan and stir-fry the onion and bell pepper for 5 minutes.
Simultaneously, cut the broccoli into small florets and add to the pan. Cover and cook for 3 more minutes.
Once done, add the fish and add a little soy sauce and/or a pinch of turmeric if desired.
Peel the avocado and slice.
Serve the fish with stir-fried vegetables and avocado on a plate.
