Instructions
Place a pot filled with water over high heat and add salt. While boiling, peel and slice the potato.
Once boiling, add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Remove and drain.
Simultaneously, peel the shrimp, remove the black line from the back and wash.
Place a pan over medium heat. While heating, chop the garlic.
Once heated, pour half of the oil and stir-fry the garlic over low heat for 1 minute.
Increase the heat to medium, add the shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring.
Season with paprika and salt and pepper to taste. Turn off the heat.
If desired, you can add chopped hot peppers.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and once heated, add the rest of the oil.
Add the potatoes, top with cheese and cover. Leave for 3-4 minutes over low heat so that the cheese melts. Remove and set aside.
Serve the garlic shrimp and potatoes with melted cheese on a plate.
